Delivery

We aim to bring you a seamless delivery service whilst keeping postage costs to a minimum here at SBK. We use Royal Mail as our courier and shipping will be calculated based on the weight and value of your order. For the most accurate shipping costs, please add the desired items to cart and begin entering details for checkout, this will then provide you with the exact costs for delivery on your order. 

 

We want you to enjoy your new SBK pieces as quickly as possible! All items are dispatched within 1-2 working days and on a signed for service. If you need your order more urgently, please email us at styledbykylie@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. 

 

2nd Class Signed For - 2/4 working days - £2-4.50

 

You will be provided with a tracking number for your order where you will be able to track your order through the Royal Mail website. All orders will require a signature. Please allow the full processing and delivery time for your order to arrive. In the unlikely event your order has not arrived, please do contact us within 10 working days from the date of order and we would be happy to investigate this further. 

 

You can cancel or change your order within 1 hour of placing your order. We aim to process orders as quickly as possible and no changes after this time frame can be guaranteed. 

 

If you have accidentally entered the wrong shipping address at checkout, please contact us immediately to change your details. We will always amend your shipping details where we can, however if your order has already been dispatched we are unable to change the address and we will not be liable to refund any items delivered to the wrong address. Please ensure all details are entered correctly at checkout as we take no responsibility for order issues related to incorrect details.
