Returns and Exchanges

We operate a 14 day returns and exchanges policy here tag SBK. You are more than welcome to return your items back to us within 14 days of dispatch.

Products must be in their original packaging and unworn. If there are any signs that the item has been worn, then a return will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund/exchange on earrings due to hygiene purposes.

Any sale items are non refundable/exchangeable and all sales are final. 

If you would like to return a product back to us, please contact us at styledbykylie@gmail.com for returns details. We are unable to offer free returns at this time and return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. 

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, please reach out to us within 2 working days of receipt with your order number and an image of the fault. We would be more than happy to investigate this further.
